Day 3 of my school induction programme was a truly nalla experience for me. I started the day with a positive mindset and enthusiasm, eager to learn more from the school environment. Compared to the previous days, I felt more confident and comfortable inside the classroom and with the overall school atmosphere. The day began smoothly, and I was happy to be a part of the regular school routine.
One of the good moments of Day 3 was getting more opportunities to interact with the students, which helped me understand their behaviour, interests, and learning styles better. I noticed how students respond differently to instructions and how important patience and encouragement are while dealing with them. These interactions made me feel closer to the students and helped me build a friendly rapport.
I also observed how teachers manage the class effectively while maintaining discipline in a calm and supportive way. Watching their teaching methods and classroom management techniques was very inspiring for me as a teacher trainee. It gave me practical insight into how theoretical knowledge can be applied in real classroom situations.
Day 3 of school induction was filled with meaningful learning and positive experiences. It strengthened my interest in the teaching profession and boosted my confidence. This day reminded me that teaching is not only about delivering lessons but also about understanding students, guiding them with care, and creating a warm learning environment. I will always cherish the lessons and good moments from this day. 🌸
