 The World Consumer Rights Day Celebration was conducted at SMCTE, Vendar on 16th March 2026 at 10:00 AM in the college auditorium.

The programme aimed to educate students about their rights and duties as consumers in a rapidly changing marketplace. It focused on the need for awareness to avoid exploitation and unfair trade practices. Through the session, students gained knowledge about fundamental consumer rights such as the right to be protected, the right to be informed, the right to make choices, and the right to voice complaints.

The programme also encouraged students to adopt responsible and ethical consumer practices in their daily lives, thereby promoting a fair and transparent consumer culture.

 Today’s Sports Day became a truly unforgettable experience filled with excitement, energy, and a strong sense of togetherness. The cricket match between the different groups was one of the most thrilling events of the day, bringing out the competitive spirit in everyone. Group 1 – “Avatar,” and be part of such an enthusiastic competition. Each team member played their role responsibly, showing excellent coordination, mutual support, and respect for the game. Our consistent performance and determination helped Team Avatar secure victory with 63 points. This achievement not only boosted our confidence but also taught us valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and leadership, making the celebration both joyful and meaningful.
